🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! I've decided to work thru my fears. Fears are just limits imposed by my mind. I want more from life!

This morning, I forced myself to walk the blocks with lots of rushing traffic. I was SO nervous just thinking about it.I put on my runners, grabbed my cane and went out before my mind shut me down. I was a bit anxious, it was pleasantly cool and I didn't feel ready to try the crosswalk, too. I did it! Tomorrow I can cross and go a bit further. Proud of myself! I believe confidence comes from facing our fears. It might seem like a little issue, but in 15 minutes, I showed myself I can do something I have avoided.
