No weight loss today after a pretty light eating day at work. Ate a light dinner and ended up at 1400 plus calories for the day. That should even things out a bit. Trying to work up the gumption for a treadmill workout.

11pm update: Workout didn't happen. Shopping for Independence Day did. Ate a few grapes, some cherries, and two rums on the rocks to take the calories to 1700 plus.

Know what makes me nuts. When I want to cut back on calories, I do the reverse. Now, trying to get them to 1450-1500 and have yet to hit it. Thinking of something wicked to have for a snack tonight.

What kind of frozen treats do you make? The only thing I make in mine is banana "ice cream". Frozen banana, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, splash of almond milk. Blend and enjoy. Another treat is sugar free pudding packets made with almond milk. Cuts my sweet craving!

shorttie... a favorite. Plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsps of sugar free fat free dry pudding and 1 tbs. of chia seeds. If I have room for more calories, I top it off with redi-whip. Pretty fantastic. Currently combining chocolate fudge and cheese cake puddings. Yummy.

May I ask what this Tanita is ? It sounds like an interesting type of scale?
