I feel great today! Knee assessment today confirmed torn MCL (not meniscus), low impact exercise encouraged with knee brace. Physio is next step! Recovery is still another 5-6 weeks, so I am headed to the finish line - woohoo. Other life events have been resolved, not as I expected, but all is good! Realized I hit "Pause" on life, tho really was not necessary. Time to embrace Life, so really liked this quote. Have an excellent day!
