At least 3 days now of “eating whatever I want.” This has to stop! It’s bad enough that I am 200-500 kcal over daily allotment, but the salt. OMG the salt! I’ve been opting for all the comfort foods that made me so fat and bloated in the first place. If I don’t turn this around starting tomorrow (already done eating for today) I worry that I might not ever. 😳

In my opinion, the first question to ask is WHY did it happen? What caused that event? Start by answering that question. Are you stressed, bored, tired, or craving something? Identify the cause, eliminate it, and move on. It is halfway to your goal and be confident that you can achieve it.
