I have definitely reached a plateau. Would love all your support and advise to kick through this, it had affected more than I expected. 💕

Plateaus suck. You show fabulous low cal meals pptreo! Are you still exercising?

Yes I am still exercising, I have increased my daily step count to 10k. Definitely feel some has to be water weight and stress. I feel out of balance, calories have been super low (maybe too low?)

Impressive steps! Maybe too low calories has put your body into starvation mode? Check this. And just keep going! You’ve already lost a lot. You’re doing so well!! :)

Thanks Lindafitter. Currently I'm doing Zumba 4 x a week, weights 1x, and swimming 4 x. But it's been hard to manage calories with the increased exercise. I am going to try and eat regularly and consistently as a priority.

Stress is a killer. Bothers sleep and function on all levels. I've always found that my intake wants to outstrip my energy usage when I'm working hard, but that doeant seem to be your issue. I guess just patience! When in the losing part of this journey, I only would weigh once a week. So many times when I didn't lose one week I would drop a bit extra the next. Hang in there!!! 😁
