Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Endorphins up and moving…before 7am..always a great way to get the day started out right…normally on a Sunday I put off my ride till 10am on Sunday…just decided today to do it..get it over with..stick to what works for me…do my workout/ ride before 7am..be done with it…dinosaur in pictures on this course..lol

Set a achievement this morning on that course….and gotta say after the achievement…my legs were feeling it…quick scoop of creatine…and was good to keep on riding..

No weight today..forgot…I’m thinking it was down alittle..but being in maintenance….just don’t get to excited anymore over ups..or downs…long as I’m healthier…that’s all that matters…

Cooler nights…58…great sleeping weather…rain is gone…sun popping out today…

Welp..time to reset riding gear for tomorrow….grab and ride…
