Looking like rain today….
Weight up..not enough water yesterday…not all my sleep last night…but still managed to get a workout in this morning…hill course..it was a workout for sure…and I wasn’t prepped for it..I usually keep creatine on my little table to take when I do hills…helps to cut down on the burning in the legs…needless to say..100 ft more elevation to the top of the hill…it’s ok..another day…
I think sometimes when we fall off the the eating plan…it’s good…gives you time to have a one on one with yourself…find the focus you came here with…it’s no easy task..one well worth having a healthier lifestyle..
Guess I need to have more talks with myself…to stay on course….
Welp…time to prep riding gear for tomorrow…also gotta prep salad for later…
