My bmr as of today is 1691. (Online calculator so only roughly accurate I suppose.) I started at 2004. At my current “limit” of 1560, I will only lose one pound every 26 days. Not good enough! I know myself well enough that I will give up completely if that’s all I can manage. Time to revisit my daily calorie goal.
