I had a wonderful day today. My neighbors and friends threw me a graduation party (I graduated college this year). I did have one piece of cake tonight (with butter cream frosting), but I barely ate that much of it. I mostly had water. I feel good that I did not want a second piece of cake. I actually want to eat healthy now.
