I'm stepping it up! Yesterday I began my 30 day at home program. Weights, strength training, aerobics. I hesitated when I bought a beginners package, because in my head I can run a marathon and do unlimited push up's 🏃😂. Fortunately the program is very flexible and you can increase intensity or decrease it if needed. Here we go! 🙂

Every time! 😁 Even going back to the gym after they opened back up was a labor. I never stopped working out completely at all, but just making a change was tough for a while. We naturally want to take the easier path, but once on the move it does smooth out for sure!!! 😁
