Although my daytime eating is excellent, fitness and cardio are great, when 11 o’clock hits I turn into a pumpkin. LOL. I haven’t been sleeping well, my stress levels have been through the roof. I’m currently on three weeks off work to get back to basics and focus on self-care.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe there are similar over the phone counselling services available at no cost through the provincial health services in your province? There are in AB. The trick is figuring out access. Just a thought….

wellness together canada is a federal free counselling service. it is supposed to be ongoing counseling not just crisis. I have hear some good things but never tried myself
