I'm nervous about this next step. I'm going to have to increase my calories. It makes sense as I have been investing in more and more physical activity. Therefore the math should be in my favor. So why then am I nervous. I don't want things to go sideways, off track, gain or derail. It's been working well up until this point. Would love some encouragement if you have some to spare. You are all so amazing on here, so fortunate to have found you all!

Its not always a bad thing. As you said you got increased physical activity and your still keeping on top of it. I was the same switching over to a high fat diet for keto with diabetes but it worked out pretty good. (Also sorry I havent been chatty & supporting last few days just things been crazy, I even forgot about the scale! It kinda got put away still unused! Lol)

Oh you got this! It makes sense though with more physical activity :) I'm doing the same... I eat 300-400 more calories.. essentially an entire meal more! My strategy tho is maintaining a deficit each day so... not sure what your strategy is. Congrats on new stage!

@fizzywater! Thanks for the encouraging words. And yes I remain in a deficit, I do find I am guessing a fair amount based on my activity levels on how many calories to increase too. But I can feel it in my body, low energy and fatigue. I will focus on increasing protein and fibre as my extra cals.
