Well I was fairly lax with eating the past 2 days despite my saying I wasn't going to be. Two of my wife's daughters were visiting from NY and I had 2 of my 3 daughters here along with 2 grandchildren so we had a great time. Weight wise I have to fess up, the scale shows a gain of 2 lbs - amazing how quickly it can go up. It has to be mostly water, I wasn't terrible in what I ate and logged it into my food diary. But whatever, back to the grindstone as of today.

Everyone have a wonderful Memorial Day, and remember the members of our armed services who keep our country free, especially those who gave their lives. I'm thankful for my father, brother, and nephews who have and are serving.
