🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! It's officially SUMMER!!!! 😎👍

Are you well hydrated? Do you "Eat Your Water"??? I think we naturally gravitate to the refreshing, light foods in the summer. 🥗🍒🫑

How much actual water do you drink? Do you follow the rule of "half your body weight in pounds/2 = nbr of ounces of water required"? I should be drinking 18 cups/4.3l per day 😳 Oopssss lol And remember, re: coffee (black tea or iced teas),☕ it's for every cup of coffee = 2 more cups of water to balance that diuretic effect! Same as for one beer! 🍺
