Does anyone out there use a CGM - continuous glucose monitor? I'm definitely
insulin resistant, and wondering if this is a useful tool to learn how foods are affecting my insulin response. I'm already avoiding bags, boxes and barcodes and starchy fruits and veggies. Anybody have experience with these devices?
