TODAY IS THE DAY! 12 Week Summer Work Out Challenge! June 9 - Sept 1st! WEEK 1!

How was YOUR week????

Weirdly, I have had a crappy week but I feel terrific! LOL Even my sleep patterns are all wonky. Today, I feel like I can actually start on my Challenge. The pic is my motto for this week: just keep at it and stop wishing.

I am down 3 pounds from challenge weigh-in (291.6) even with horrendous eating. What the heck is happening out there? Everyone seems to be complaining this week about overeating! Haha Blame it on the moon or upcoming Summer Equinox :) I did not move much but I have made some life decisions that have been occupying my mind. I do feel lighter today! I am pushing forward. ONWARD!

Okay. still slugging away. Have successfully done a morning yoga practice every day but today and meeting my walking goal. Was hoping to add a bicycle ride this past week but a flood in the house and all the work associated left me drained. So....even if it rains in my home again, I WILL ride this week!!! once 😃

Haha LivLite. You are like me, songs come to mind in response to different situations! I think I will play that song full blast as I sweep drywall dust!
