Feeling good today. Last night I had a very large salad for dinner, I felt stuffed afterwards, but other than the chicken breast on it there was mostly lettuce and veggies so lots of bulk. Then I had a sugar free pudding cup for dessert. This morning weighed in .8 lbs less, so happy with that, a great Monday re-start after static weight over the weekend.

So much of my life my thoughts have been focused on food day and night, always thinking about what I'd be eating next, craving this or that, eating the wrong stuff, sneaking treats. I work at the food production facility for the local school system so there's always food available and constant temptation. Chocolate is both my love and my enemy, staying away from it completely for now.

At this time I'm focused on food in a positive way, thinking about and making healthy choices and seeing immediate results both on the scale and in how I feel. Part of my feeling better is mental and attitude I know, but that's at least half the battle right there. But I do feel better physically too; I can feel the difference just a few pounds makes. I'm not quite a week into my new start, gotta keep it up. I'm motivated and excited about it.
