Walked 2 1/2 miles at lunch at a nice brisk pace. Then this afternoon I cut my 1/2 acre yard with a gas powered push mower....yeah the gas runs the blades but it goes nowhere unless I push it! And to think that 10 days ago I could barely walk due to nerve inflammation from where I injured my back. I'm a thankful guy, it's been a good day!
