Day 4 of week 1 of this super shred and I am doing good no slips although I cant always stick strictly to the time for scheduled eating but I am doing pretty good. I pray I have lost a few pounds come Monday when I start week 2. I have to stay disciplined. I am getting my workouts in it's sort of an addiction now, I must workout. So hopefully this clean eating will become an addiciton as well.
