Fasted 25 hours. Finally made my copycat of my favorite Jimmy John's sammy. Kbuck, I know you are a busy mama today and every day, but here it is, you inspired me! Rotisserie chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, light mayo and pepper jack on hm bread. It was very tasty. I have a few ideas about improving the construction for the future. It was messy.
