But yeah, sometimes I miss certain muscles but I still think presses work them pretty well. I'll isolate them better tomorrow.

I’m sure you already have done this Diablo, but you could also pre-fatigue your triceps before bench press if you wanted more emphasis placed on them instead of doing an isolation.

Yeah, besides, during a cut, they aren't growing and I've seen studies showing that to maintain them while cutting, no isolation is needed. Not too worried. Thanks!

Good to be seen! The Coronapocalypse ended my gym going, and it didn't take long for me to get off the nutrition game too, but I finally managed to sneak back 😁

Yes, I'm not too religious with it but I like to track random ones to make sure I'm doing enough to maintain at least.
