Up a little today, after a weekend of mayhem! Went out for seafood and had such a great time! Went to visit mom on Sunday and she fed me plus had an apple bread which was actually terrible but I had a little piece so she would be happy. Joined the gym finally - they are giving me a two-week trial of the crossfit classes so I will check that out. Prepped some food and trying to keep the carbs down. The bread is my downfall. I will be making hamburger buns from sourdough for dinner at my friend's house on Wednesday but plan on have nothing else bread for the week.
