Another happy dance! My line turned yellow today. Went out for breakfast /lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time and got caught up on each other's lives. I was proud of my choices...still staying true to my "one-derland Lent/Easter Challenge" and not having any "white stuff". I had scrambled eggs, ham instead of bacon or sausage, and substituted the fried potatoes for tomato slices. I passed up on the toast with butter. It was very enjoyable. I enjoyed it every bit as much as if I'd had the potatoes, bacon and toast and this way avoided probably 500 calories, many of which would have been carbs and fat. It's all about making healthy choices.
So I'm smiling today. A great start to the weekend.
