Another milestone: weighed in this morning and saw 204lbs down from 225lbs. This is so awesome because I plateaued and was not moving from 207 for a few weeks. Yay!
92.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
