I don't like when I run out of eggs I wonder if eggs are addictive because I can't get enough of them and your meal looks healthy 😊

When I am eating on program I always crave peanut butter for some reason.

Thank you Jenny. I sometimes get tired of eggs and have lay off from eating them. Get it, "lay" off. 😁 Seriously, I know there's a season for eggs, as well as beef, so if I don't always have eggs (or beef) I'm fine with it. We don't eat a lot of peanut or almond butters or jams, so once in awhile is fine. Besides, those foid items last a long time in the frig. Hope you hace a wonderful day. 🌞

Jen, my friend, thank you. Have you tried including peanut butter powder in with your food? You get the taste without the fat. I log any nut butters as a fat and not as a protein source. It keeps calories in perspective for me. 🙄😁👍

oatmeal, the good ole standby for this family. But so many different ways to fix eggs, we don't get tired easily.

Thank you wifey and Jen for the dish compliment. They not really special. I used the baking dish to bring everything out to the porch. They're a mishmash of dishes, a toast shaped plate for toast and small bowls of restaurant ware with those funny MudPie serving knives. Anyway, we had our coffee and toast on the porch this morning. It was a bit cold, but nice. 😊

Sweet Georgia, we usually have eggs, sometimes oatmeal or cream of wheat, sometimes yogurt with granola and sometimes leftover dinner. We are pretty flexible and this morning felt like a light breakfast, so toast it was. 😋

This must be that PB you were talking about!

Bear, I was wrong about which pb it was. I said it was Laura Scudder's, when it is actually Smucker's. Only ingredient listed is peanuts.🥜 I use it as a fat and it works calorie wise, because I don't use any oil for eggs. I will be back to eggs in a few days, but this breakfast has worked for now. I also add fresh fruit and protein coffee. 😊

Sounds good! I was surprised to hear they had a smoothie recipe on the jar! I don't think I've ever had Smuckers PB.
