Welcome to Motivational Monday! I am terrified. Of not moving forward and of moving forward! This is IT: my chance to move into the world of my dreams orrrrr stay stuck, in limbo foreverrrr. Both make me wanna eat & hide!
Today I will NOT run to junk food to pacify any fears of failure nor fears of success. I am brave. Not quite motivated but I will start with one small task. Just one thing to move me forward. Then another step. And another. My dreams are MINE to manifest!
I made a daily routine plan to start tomorrow. I had a pleasant telephone conversation. I had an on-track breakfast. Now I will listen to positive guided meditation, walk out in the sunshine and continue forward. Do not let procrastination kill your dreams!
