I'm with Lynn. I refuse to weigh in. I seem to drop weight, then immediately go up again and hover just above the last weigh in for a few days, then at some point it drops and I get the courage to record again. I hate recording an increase when all I want is to record a decrease...so Lynn, I feel for you. Part of my problem is I've become a bit complacent with respect to exercise. Our city dodged a bullet when we missed the blizzard forecast for yesterday, but I feel for my poor neighbours to the south and also east and west of us who were simply nailed with yet more snow. It went above freezing today, but just barely. ..we are all so weary of this awful weather this year. On a bright note, my clothes are continuing to become looser on me, and I'm beginning to get rid of clothes that not all that long ago were snug. I think I'll go out for a nice long walk and enjoy the evening before it snows again tomorrow(seriously!)
