Awww, that was sad and so true that many of us have that internal struggle. I seem to be battling with being motivated to exercise for a change but lacking the energy (mostly because of poor sleep habits). I get up early and walk around like a zombie trying to find the physical will and then I just give in and go have mini naps until it’s time to really get ready for work.
