Healthy breakfast, now just finished my first exercise mile for today <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=df2gn6-w0dE>. I'm so elated I could cry! Prayers that I'll have the power for the second mile later this evening. Whew...what a sense of accomplishment!

I'm proud of you! Every person is different and you can diet in a million ways, people trying to tell you what to do, but that only works for them. Make your own plan, that you believe in, and stick to it for at least 6 weeks, after that you can tweak your plan up or down, depending on what happened the last 6 weeks ;)
