Had a bit of a break down last night when it came to snacking. I know I'm off "white" stuff, so I dug into those whole grain or multi- grain crackers. Boy did they taste good...so good in fact I couldn't stop. Crazy, but I must have had close to 20 crackers with Hummus, and I wasn't even hungry...just craving carbs and salt it guess. Oh well, just have to keep going and see if I can get rid of that addiction. Otherwise I did well.

Went clothes shopping today and didn't like what I saw in the mirror. Also viewed my holiday photos which I also didn't like -- both good reminders of why I'm on this mission. These images will help motivate me to keep on plugging and not give up. I sometimes need a visual to help me with my self- control. So, anyway, I am moving in the right direction which is good.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
