It is a little chillier today than yesterday, but still in the 50s. I had a relapse yesterday, a cake episode. I think I have my fill of cake now and I can get back on track and keep maintaining. Our bowling league has a cake day once a month to celebrate the birthdays in that month. I should have just said no thank you, but I had a piece and that led to another because it was so darned good. This is exactly the reason I don't keep those kind of things in the house. We all have our weaknesses don't we? Well back to healthy eating and doing a better job. I'm not a very good roll model. fortunately one bad day doesn't make it a total failure. Have a good weekend.
