At WW meeting this morning, the scale was up .4 lbs. I am not grumbling about this; could have been worse. Clothes are fitting better without a doubt and I noticed a stomach growl at 12noon. Victory! All God.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
