What about ur days? Don’t matter? Cuz right now I’m trying to lean out I’m keeping my protein high and keep track of my calories and carbs and fats

If you're reaching your calorie and protein goals, you're not eating so unhealthy that you need to worry about the other two macros. Just don't go out of your way to avoid any of them, and you're good.
