😃 happy 😃 Wednesday...

Another sunny day...another zwift ride....got to enjoy this day...last sunny day for several...rain moving in tonight....several days of rain...looks like...

Rememberd to record loss today before riding and guzzling electrolytes and water...during ride....it does seem to matter...

Not sure if I’m doing a second ride today...I plan to...if body doesn’t sleep thru the workout..like it did yesterday...but guess I was more tired then I thought...and when I woke up...and looked at wall clock...recliner...did feel awfully comfy yesterday....

Need to refill water bottle in the event recliner allows me to ride 2nd ride today...lol...

Noon here and winds have picked up a lot....weather channel calling for 20 to as high as 40 mph winds....rain later...probably storms as we go from once sunny to wet days....
