Happy 😃 Tuesday....

Got my sleep last night....2 rides yesterday...26 plus miles....and the scale showed life this morning once again...I have to say...2rides...in one day....might catch on...but I gotta say....I was alittle sore first mile when I started this morning....but gonna try it for a few days....or until my body says....no...

65 plus today.....on temps....was so nice yesterday afternoon....

Well....time to prep for this afternoons ride....

So you mean to tell me that you rode your bike almost 15 miles and all it burned was 258 calories?? That doesn’t seem fair! 😫
