Day one of the adjusted March macros (doing it a bit early). As suspected, went over on carbs a bit, but finished just over 2000 calories. Will do weight lifting after dinner.

looking good Bill. I looked at your blog, the before and after pics are amazing, fantastic effort. I knew the numbers but seeing it in pics really brings it home how well you've done.
