Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday....

A rainy one at that.....

Recliner feels pretty comfy at 430am....may just be a rest day...let my body recover from this weeks rides...and take a break from zwift...if I get bored today...just a matter of changing clothes and setting ipad up to trainer to get a ride in....

My fast was into hour 35... yesterday...my sister made blueberry muffins...need I say more....had 2 muffins..then a scrambled egg on pita bread...back into fasting mode...but at 7am...gonna have breakfast like usual...fitbit said my sleep score was...80... compared to my usual 89 or so...o well...naps today to recover for tomorrow’s workout.....
