Yeah Chris, I'd say it's about 2/3 the size of a Jack's pizza.

Probably would never buy again. You can tell it's protein and fiber rich, not bad considering 56g of protein and 38 grams of fiber but I'd rather have their protein bars and real pizza, or real pizza and a shake.

I wasn't a big fan personally. Very cardboardy, with very little flavor.

that much fiber makes me nervous. I fumigate entire counties with that amount.😁😁

^true. I think that I would only buy it again if I was competing, needed to go really low on calories near the end of prep, and just had to have somewhat of a pizza flavor before I went nuts. Plus it was 7 bucks. I can get twice as many energy units and a much better flavor with half that much money. Gotta say, it was VERY filling.

I am not a fan of Quest anything- the bars, the chips and likely not this pizza.

You may benefit from Quest anything since they prioritize fiber. :P

After previous disappointment by Quest I prefer to hear what you and others have to say about it. But I appreciate their (Quest) efforts. Most companies assume protein supplements have to be sweet.

They may be an acquired taste but I love their bars. They keep me super regular lol

I’m a big fan of the open nature cauliflower crust pizzas. Taste just like the cheap totino’s pizzas I grew up on, with many more benefits. When I have isernios Italian chicken sausage around, it’s a protein packed meal.

Thanks for responding Diablo. My comment sounded more negative than intended; I think “acquired’ is a good choice of word to describe my experience. I keep some of their cookies around. I never got used to the chips; I always tasted their dairy ancestry. Which was okay for the cheese flavor but that’s not my favorite chip flavor.

DP—start adding chia seeds to your diet accompanied by water. Chia absorbs water and creates bulk. I eat them along with flax, fruit and granola mixed into my lunchtime yoghurt . Both carry tremendous nutritional value.

Have tried chia seeds in half a carton of Premier Protein. Pretty tasty.
