Waking weigh in of 215.0 after hitting 212.0 yesterday mid day. The 7 to 8pm cramming of extra protein shakes (really, just water and the powder) to hit my macro numbers seems to be resulting in higher morning weigh ins. I used to always weigh less in the morning and more at the end of the day. Still, moving in the right direction overall. Will do a nice Valentines Day lunch at one of the many fine establishments in Bethesda, Maryland, today (don't know which one yet). Will add it all up when we get home.
