Welcome to Motivational Monday! Let's talk morning routines because I need help!

Here I am at 4pm, the day kinda escaped me and I got very little done (once again). I don't have a job at this time and live alone, so I don't follow any schedule. I procrastinate and waste most of my time! Any suggestions???

How do you start your day? Get up at same time everyday? Exercise? Drink water? Meditate? Yoga? Coffee while you plan the day? Rush around or calm? Look at phone before doing anything? Watch/read/listen the news?

Are you a morning person? I used to be! Time to set that alarm and make the most of the sunshine everyday.

Happy Family Day! Wishing you a week of productive mornings!

You ask really tough questions! I kind of have the same problem with my days! Work expands to fill the time available so I figure that I am not doing enough "work" or other activities if my time management can be sloppy and it doesn't have any significant impact. I always make a list of things to do in my day during breakfast but I rarely get through it all. Does it really matter? :-)

Up anytime after 4 am. Not by choice just can’t sleep. My days are all planned in advance as I am caregiver for husband. His schedule must be structured carefully around his feeding and medication so I gotta be on top of things. I fit me in around him as a result but I still manage to get an hour workout, my meals, and if I play my cards right a bath
