Happy 😃 happy 😃 😃...Monday...

Warmer outside today...4 above....-10 ..with wind chill....o did I mention...it’s been snowing all night...they saying 5-10 inches..of that white crap....so....anyone that needs extra snow cause they live in a place that’s snow free...it’s free come and haul it off....

Just got done with zwift ride/workout...volcano in watopia....hadn’t climbed it since Jan of 2020....wanted to get elevation today since I was reste up...9.24 miles...561 feet in elevation....60 min ride...all while in a 19 hour fasted state....getting back in habit of doing my workout while in a fasted state....

Be daylight in 30 minutes....can see how deep snow is...not that it matters...going to throw some ice melt out on steps for mail lady...

By this time next week in 40s....just one more week...it’s gonna be better...lest for a few days...
