Yesterday was kumquat jam making day but first I had to go pick the kumquats at my friend’s house. It turned out good. It has become my all time favorite and you can rarely find it in any store. Now I am set for the year. Now I will go back this week and pick more and make enough to pass around to all the gang. Avocados, grapefruit , oranges, tangerines everywhere . I took about 50 avocados to a food bank yesterday along with a ton of oranges, lemons and tangerines. Today, Sunday, is the day the food bank distributes food. They were really happy to get all the fresh produce.
