Weight up to 217.2 this morning. It is mostly an increase in muscle mass and a temporary decrease in regularity. Still, not crazy about it after getting 211 three days ago. Looking to lose half of the gain before dinner after a treadmill workout.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 50.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
