so now doing a countdown to go on scale
changing diet a bit. more protein..feel ok. in fact,body doesnt feel as bloated- more light.so,decided to take measurements

july(start,216 lb)
was- 38-39-44 1/2 thighs-26

feb 7 37 35 1/2(waist) 41(hips)25-thighs
so quite pleased,with myself!
now,out for my walk!

I weigh and measure myself and write the numbers on our paper calendar. Then I can look back a few months later and see how I've done. All your walking (and eating better too) is paying off Lamapa515. Good going.
