Greetings, fellow travelers! IT IS FRIDAY! A significant day in the Western world, when the work week ends and the FUN begins!
Gotta work tonight at the tax place, but seeing as the Feds won't accept electronic filing until February some time, and the Schedule A isn't even finalized, there aren't a lot of clients anticipated. But I got brownie points for showing up in the snow the other night, so that was good.
Contradancing was so hot last night! The windows wouldn't open so the place got pretty steamy. People are really friendly at contra though, so I still got partners after I was sticky and sweaty! Saw Woody there and we arranged a time to meet on Saturday. He does say the sweetest things - maybe you all wouldn't agree, but what he is interested in is definitely interesting to me!
Haven't weighed in during the week since I really just have been sticking to the healthy choices and I think that is going to have great results for the weekly weigh in. Hope your choices have been good too - although I am working through a six-pack of beer and a bottle of wine that are not being good to me although they have been tasty.
Roommate is working out still, now that I have my college students separated from the grownups space - we are sorting the spaces and moving furniture - soon, really soon, we'll have the place perfect so we can stop the heavy lifting!
Baby daughter has a sore throat still - it's probably viral which means she is uncomfortable and sad. It is not like her to be sad. And she is supposed to go back to school on Monday. Hope she feels better soon!
