Welcome to Motivational Monday! Happy February! I have been feeling overwhelmed this past while, maybe it's more winter or pandemic fatigue; have kinda lost my pep & passion. I just feel so damn insignificant! I did scrub a mysterious carpet stain this morning (still there grrrr), so maybe cleaning will be my therapy! LOL I know I will find my way outta this funk (more blah than feeling down). How are YOU doing? Do you feel excited about life? Please share! We could all use happy stories :) If you're not feeling great, share that, too because it's always helpful to not feel alone, especially at this time. Guess this isn't really motivational haha, just being honest on where I am at on my "journey". I do find it harder to stay on track health-wise when I'm in this mood. I get it. For me it’s working online, snacking, the terrible cold weather , and being away from my friends and family. Walking has helped me get through some difficult days. Stay strong... because I truly believe things will get better!
