Plan eat carefully today
Macros 21/49/30; 1061 calories; fiber 9.0; net carbs 46.11; net kcals -1245.
Main exercise today arm exercises with weights, shopping, driving, sitting!
Spent most of day at hospital. Finally have some information. Stroke ruled out. Hubby needs pacemaker, which will be installed Monday. He is doing well, ready to get out of there! Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers!

That was Friday! Somehow I am mixed up. Today is Saturday. Macros 36/45/19; 1220 calories; fiber 13.7; 103.83 net carbs; net kcals -963
