I have felt the same all this week, like non stop munchie feeling... stay strong keep the snacking to low cal options, and drink fluids :)

Sometimes I eat so much lettuce I feel like I am going to turn into a lettuce.. Ahh, one more glass of water coming up..

Hang in there. Snacking is my downfall.

Some days are definitely harder for me than others. I keep blueberries on hand for snacking outbreaks 😷

Eat protein and fiber. It makes you fill fuller for longer! And sometimes you aren't hungry, just thirsty. Your body can mix up the different signals. Drink at least 3 litres of water a day.
