I didn't even dare to step on my scale today. I was massively over in calories yesterday. We celebrated! Honestly, that isn't a good excuse... It is just the facts. 😊 ❤️ I'm still playing catch up from holiday endulgence. I'm just thankful it is only a few pounds and not the 45 pounds I needed to lose when I started this journey. 😊 It is still a journey! 🌹

Even if it was a gain of several pounds (and it probably wasn't) you know all you have to do is go back to your normal WOE & you'll be back on track in no time. Sometimes we just have to let go a little.

You will never go back to where you were ( maybe bounce up and down a bit but never +45 pounds again) Enjoy the fresh baked bread and other delights you make for your family. There’s so much to celebrate. You are a lovely person, Melissa. 💖

Thank you so much, ladies!! I love it when I feel motivated and it is easy to maintain control. I can't say exactly why I slip up more easily sometimes. Perhaps it is sometimes hormon related, but most often I just feel cross and want to do what I want rather than what is good for me. 😊 I really, really appreciate your support. It means so much to me without accountability and knowing my friends here care, it would be ever so much harder. My weigh in tomorrow is going to be disappointing, but... It is a new day! Thank you GibJig for your faith in me. I really think I won't lose all my momentum. I just have my ups and downs, which I really prefer were fewer! Thank goodness for new days. Oh! And my knee has really been feeling better! That makes me super happy!!!

You are doing great. Up and downs are certainly normal and you never give up. With that attitude you will always get back on track and that starting weight will remain a distant memory. Onward!

Thank you so much, Petra! I honestly don't know why it is harder sometimes than others. It does help so much to be understood and to know we are in this together. Kattay, I am grateful for your ever faithful and kind support. I know letting up is not an option. I just have to fight on! Dear Becky. I walked today along the path whereyou and I walked and talked together. I wished you could have been there today! Thank you for your encouragement. It means so much!
