Happy New Year!
I had a lower calorie lunch and dinner today to make room for all the snacks this evening. My 3000 cal day ended up being about 2200 however.
The cheese dip that I love gave me horrible heart burn and the pumpkin dip wasn’t as good without my aunts homemade ginger cookies. I can only handle a small amount of bbq sauce so thought I’d be okay with just 5. As I was going to eat the 3rd my tummy rolled. That was the end of that! Even put back two cookies because the tummy just didn’t feel good.
I’m thankful in a way though as it kept this months surplus at the bottom of my planned range! Still have a couple graham crackers and half a cookie I’m saving for right before bed if the tummy settles a bit.
Pretty sure my sensitive tummy is why I stayed thin when youngerlol.
